GaKia began her career in the real estate field immediately after graduating law school, accepting an offer at a midsize real estate firm. For nearly a decade, she has accumulated invaluable experience, knowledge, and insight about the field, overcome barriers, and even launched her own firm.
GaKia formed Gray George Law in 2017, concentrating on real estate transactions and foreclosure defense. Recognizing there was a need for a broader range of additional services for current and potential clients, she has since expanded her practice to include business formation, and estate planning, all of which are significantly important areas of law that align with home ownership and legacy planning.
GaKia holds her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center. She is barred in the First Department of New York State and in the Southern District of New York.
GaKia is a wife, mother, entrepreneur, and a potential first-time home buyer who is intentional about working strategically to ensure her legacy continues through her daughter. In her free time, she is a phenomenal cook and loves a good DIY project.
